CBP’s regular updates to ACE demonstrate the agency’s commitment to modernizing trade operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and simplifying customs processes for trade chain partners.

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has released the updated October 2024 ACE deployment schedule, which outlines key updates and new features to improve trade compliance, efficiency, and transparency for trade chain partners (TCPs).

The Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) is the primary platform for TCPs to report their imports and exports. At the same time, CBP uses it to assess the admissibility of goods entering the United States.
